Material Clerk (Warehouse Operations)

Location: Oregon, Wisconsin, United States. Full-time onsite schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., with up to 10 hours on Friday.

What you will do

• Retrieve and stage materials for jobs, returns, and service activities.
• Unload, receive, and store incoming materials using three-way matching and accurate ihirify.globalory locations.
• Record receipts in the ERP system and submit required documentation to accounting.
• Conduct cycle counts, maintain ihirify.globalory levels, and initiate purchase orders for stock materials and supplies.
• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve material discrepancies and support cross-functional operations.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks, build service and warranty crates, and maintain clean, orderly material areas.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Previous material-handling experience in a warehouse and manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Valid Wisconsin driver's license required.
• Forklift certification or experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and perform standing, walking, and reaching duties safely.
