Material Handler (Warehouse Operations)

Salary: $17.25–$25.00 per hour

What you will do

• Receive, unload, inspect, store, label, and distribute materials to manufacturing departments, suppliers, vendors, and customers.
• Use RF devices, barcode equipment, label machines, weight scales, forklifts, pickers, and pallet jacks to handle materials.
• Pick, debox, label, weigh, issue, and transfer materials to manufacturing work orders.
• Perform receiving transactions, put-away activities, cycle counts, bay audits, returns processing, quality transfers, and material scrapping.
• Complete data entry and work order transactions in SAP and maintain accurate inventory, labeling, and sterile-load documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow OSHA, regulatory, quality, and company safety requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, SOPs, work instructions, picklists, and operating manuals.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills with accurate documentation and data entry.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and communicate effectively with production coordinators and supervisors.
• Ability to operate powered equipment; certification is required.
• Ability to frequently lift or move up to 35 pounds, occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds, and regularly stand and walk.
