Parts Warehouse Material Handling Tech - Graveyard Shift

Location: Oregon City HQ; onsite production-floor role on the graveyard shift

What you will do

• Manage inventory electronically using the Syspro MRP system and other computer applications.
• Identify, label, locate, and issue component parts and manufacturing-order kits to production and final assembly.
• Perform inventory transactions and cycle counts while maintaining accurate stock records.
• Operate lift trucks, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safely.
• Inspect equipment before use, identify lockout/tagout situations, and report safety concerns.
• Support internal stakeholders and vendors, maintain an organized work area, report performance metrics, and suggest warehouse improvements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent and 3–4 years of shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with MRP systems, inventory transactions, inventory controls, and cycle counting.
• Strong computer and data-entry skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and communicate effectively with coworkers, internal customers, and vendors.
• Ability to work on a production floor with noise, heat, cold, coolants, abrasives, adhesives, and machinery while wearing required PPE.
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, and walk for extended periods; overtime or shift changes may be required.
