Sr Mgr Pharmacy Strategy

Location: Chicago, Illinois; hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote

Salary: $121,200–$225,200 annual base pay, plus eligibility for an annual incentive bonus

What you will do

• Develop business plans and strategies for multiple lines of business and functions.
• Align enterprise strategies with line-of-business strategies through cross-functional collaboration.
• Represent lines of business and complete deliverables for annual enterprise multiyear planning.
• Manage matrix relationships with key enterprise areas.
• Develop executive communications and presentations for leadership and Board meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of experience in healthcare, health insurance, or strategic consulting.
• 3 years of management experience.
• Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis, generating insights, and making recommendations.
• Knowledge of corporate strategy or transformation, including strategy formulation, planning, or implementation.
• Ability to solve complex problems, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across a matrixed organization.
• Ability to work three days per week in the Chicago office.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree such as an MBA, MHA, PharmD, or MSN.
• Experience with the pharmacy value chain, including medical drugs.
• Experience in corporate, growth, or product strategy and business case development.
• Experience developing and implementing value creation, cost-of-care, or affordability initiatives.
