IT Project Manager I (Banking)

What you will do

• Coordinate the implementation of business systems supporting lines-of-business programs.
• Develop project charters, scopes, resource requirements, tasks, dependencies, milestones, and timelines.
• Initiate projects, schedule resources, and organize status meetings and working sessions.
• Conduct meetings, track project progress, and prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Document, assign, track, and escalate project issues.
• Ensure projects follow established methodologies and meet audit and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in an analytical role involving supervisory functions.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Technology, or equivalent industry experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications.
• Knowledge of project management disciplines.
• Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills.
