Proposal Sales Engineer (High Voltage)

Location: Hybrid work in the Netherlands; listed locations include Utrecht, Amersfoort, and Rijswijk, Zuid-Holland.

What you will do

• Prepare offers aligned with customers’ technical and commercial requirements.
• Develop bid strategies with Sales, Project Managers, factories, and other stakeholders.
• Create clear, accurate proposals that contribute value to customers.
• Support the Sales team with proactive, entrepreneurial, and innovative thinking.
• Build technical knowledge of high-voltage products, services, and new developments.

Requirements

• Academic background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–4 years of professional experience and/or knowledge in the electricity or transmission sector.
• Professional proficiency in both Dutch and English is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting and understanding complex information.
• Proactive, sales-oriented approach with accurate and open communication.
• CV must be submitted in English.
