Service Logistics Coordinator

Location: Atlanta, GA, USA; onsite, full-time

Salary: $47,700–$111,300 per year, plus a Business Profit Plan and benefits.

What you will do

• Coordinate shipping and receiving, parts tracking and delivery, pickup scheduling, scrap removal, and recycling.
• Verify incoming shipments against packing slips and confirm orders in ServiceMax.
• Maintain shipping documentation and support accurate parts and inventory accounting.
• Build collaborative working relationships with field service and logistics personnel to fulfill customer parts needs on time.
• Implement cost-control and process-efficiency measures while managing shifting priorities.
• Follow health, safety, environmental, U.S. export control, and security requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree or related trade certification is preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience organizing and accounting for parts or shipments.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, including SAP, and understanding of inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Strong communication, customer service, teamwork, organization, time management, and deadline-management skills.
• Ability to travel on short notice and work overtime or non-standard hours when required.
• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs, push or pull up to 200 lbs, and move equipment up to 1,000 lbs with appropriate devices; readiness to work in hazardous conditions.
