Maintenance Mechanic & Technician - 2nd Shift (CNC Machinery)

Location: Tolleson, Arizona, USA; onsite, 2nd shift from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM

Pay rate: $30.62–$38.27 per hour plus a $1.50 shift differential

What you will do

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair heavy wood-processing equipment, including Homag saws, CNC machines, and edge-banding equipment.
• Coordinate maintenance issues and projects that may affect production quality and schedules.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance procedures for equipment and building systems.
• Maintain tools, equipment, maintenance records, and project files.
• Support plumbing, electrical, carpentry, heating and cooling, and other facility systems.
• Help ensure compliance with local building and fire codes and requisition required parts and supplies.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in maintenance-related roles involving heavy CNC-style machinery.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to troubleshoot and use hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and understand equipment manuals and blueprints.
• Ability to use required personal protective equipment and perform physically demanding work, including climbing, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, kneeling, and working at heights or in confined spaces.
