Contracts Specialist (AI)

Location: Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, Mexico; hybrid environment

What you will do

• Review high-value Commercial Enterprise and U.S. Public Sector contracts and customer RFPs.
• Manage contract deliverables, including reporting, price-file creation, customer website updates, and RFP support.
• Identify non-standard terms, contractual risks, and compliance requirements using generative AI.
• Maintain records and files for contract deliverables owned by GRO Operations.
• Act as a liaison with automation and transformation teams and escalate process improvements.
• Manage changing priorities, multiple deadlines, and complex or contradictory contract information.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of contract management experience.
• Strong understanding of U.S. legal and contract terminology and conditions.
• Highly fluent written and verbal English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organization, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment while managing multiple deadlines.
