Location: May be based in any national hirify.global office across the United States, including Dallas, Phoenix, Minneapolis, Kansas City, Las Vegas, Portland, Atlanta, Austin, Buffalo, Charlotte, Chicago, Cleveland, Columbia, Houston, Birmingham, Denver, Milwaukee, Morristown, and Nashville.

Salary: $160,965–$241,448 annually for the Colorado position; ranges vary by state and location, reaching up to $293,250.

What you will do

• Identify, evaluate, pilot, and implement generative AI and legal technology solutions that improve legal workflows and client service.
• Coordinate with vendors and external developers to design, build, deploy, and refine AI-enabled legal technology products.
• Curate legal content and workflows for AI training and optimization.
• Educate attorneys and staff through tailored training sessions, resource guides, internal roadshows, and thought leadership activities.
• Lead multidisciplinary innovation projects from ideation and scoping through execution, rollout, and firmwide adoption.
• Monitor legal technology trends and measure the impact and ROI of innovation initiatives.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and 5+ years of legal practice experience, preferably in high-volume immigration.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI, legal technology, and legal innovation initiatives.
• Proficiency with generative AI tools such as Claude, Harvey, and document automation platforms.
• Experience evaluating and implementing AI solutions and collaborating on AI-enabled legal software products.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, machine learning concepts, generative AI model development, change management, and user adoption.
• Strong communication, project leadership, adaptability, and ability to influence change in a complex organization.

Nice to have

• Experience in Agile/Scrum project environments and with Jira or similar tools.
