Loan Officer Assistant (Mortgage)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States of America; flexible to travel within the region and work overtime or a flexible schedule as needed.

Salary: $21.68–$36.13 hourly, USD

What you will do

• Support Loan Officers in moving mortgage loans through the pipeline.
• Coordinate customer communications, documentation requests, application follow-up, and related details.
• Input and manage customer data and documents in mortgage sales systems while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Answer customer inquiries and coordinate with Operations when additional support or information is needed.
• Create, run, monitor, and issue reports and organize related data collection.
• Provide sales, marketing, and operational support while maintaining internal controls, audit actions, regulatory requirements, and Federal SAFE Act registration standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of relevant mortgage or finance experience.
• Knowledge of Secondary Marketing requirements, FHA/VA regulations, and bank products and services.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in the Boston, Massachusetts area, travel within the region, and work overtime or a flexible schedule as needed.
