Mortgage Loan Processor III (Mortgage Lending)

Location: In office at 350 S Grand Ave, Los Angeles, California, US 90071

Salary: $25.93–$41.43 per hour, plus eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Process home equity line of credit, purchase, and refinance transactions.
• Review loan approvals and determine the documentation required for closing.
• Respond to internal customers within two hours and review all loans at least every three days.
• Manage and prioritize an individual pipeline of approximately 30 loans using pipeline reports.
• Maintain current knowledge of bank guidelines and loan programs while meeting monthly funding goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• At least three years of recent mortgage experience and three years of basic computer experience.
• Must be in good standing under the SAFE Act and be registered or licensed with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry, or be eligible for registration.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state regulatory policies and procedures, including required TRID experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and loan origination systems.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
