Associate Weather Risk Analyst (Weather Intelligence)

Location: Bloomington, Minnesota; onsite. Candidates must reside in or relocate to Minnesota.

Salary: $40,500–$47,500 annual base pay, with potential variable pay and benefits.

What you will do

• Analyze and forecast global weather patterns and atmospheric conditions.
• Develop and deliver detailed text and graphical weather content using hirify.global tools and datasets.
• Provide accurate and timely weather analysis and forecast products to customers through written, verbal, and graphical formats.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain forecast accuracy, consistency, and product quality.
• Monitor and resolve issues affecting weather graphics creation and distribution.
• Support improvements to forecasting processes and operational workflows.

Requirements

• Must reside in or relocate to Minnesota.
• Bachelor’s degree in Meteorology, Atmospheric Science, or a related field.
• Strong synoptic analysis and forecasting skills.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, schedule-driven team environment.
