Operations Supervisor (Ecommerce Fulfillment)

What you will do

• Lead a team of 25–30 warehouse associates and manage their daily performance, development, and experience.
• Run shift huddles, set priorities, allocate labor, and communicate operational expectations.
• Monitor throughput, accuracy, productivity, safety, and other department KPIs in real time.
• Coach associates, onboard new hires, and support their progression to full productivity.
• Identify root causes and implement process improvements across departments.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, equipment safety, sanitation, and compliance standards.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of team-leadership experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to analyze operational data, ask questions, and identify root causes.
• Strong communication and floor-level leadership skills.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, or overtime when required.
• Ability to work on foot for most of the shift and lift up to 50 lbs.

Nice to have

• Experience with warehouse management or inventory software.
• Degree in operations, supply chain, engineering, or a related field.
• NCO-level military leadership experience.
