Staff Product Manager (Workplace Wellness): Building and evolving referral-program and client-management products for a global workplace wellness marketplace with an accent on scalable growth, product strategy, and client value. Focus on defining roadmaps and KPIs, using analytics and research to optimize the product lifecycle, and coordinating engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders.
Location: Remote within Brazil only

What you will do
- Lead product initiatives for the Referral Program and Client Management areas within the BASE Focus Area.
- Develop tools that simplify and optimize how offers services to clients, users, and partners.
- Define product requirements and collaborate with engineering, design, operations, business stakeholders, and product teams.
- Create and execute the product roadmap, prioritizing high-impact initiatives aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
- Use analytics and research to measure product success, identify growth opportunities, and define product KPIs.
- Continuously evaluate and improve products, processes, tools, and methodologies.
Requirements
- Mandatory prior experience in Product Management and across the full Product Lifecycle.
- Experience building products in close collaboration with engineering, design, and business teams.
- Ability to define product vision and strategy and balance long-term goals with short-term execution.
- Data-driven mindset with analytical skills and experience using product analytics tools such as Looker or Metabase.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban, sprint execution, and backlog management.
- Advanced written and spoken English required for daily business communication.
