Lead International Product Manager (Digital Health)

What you will do

• Execute and localise international product capabilities across Workforce Mental Health and Lyra Wellbeing.
• Integrate regional requirements into the core platform architecture and reduce manual operational workarounds.
• Coordinate feature releases with Engineering, Data, Operations, Clinical Governance, Legal, Commercial, and Customer Success teams.
• Track product metrics and telemetry to identify friction, improve member experience, and evaluate adoption across international cohorts.
• Support go-to-market launches by translating product functionality for enterprise clients.
• Maintain and prioritise the product backlog, user stories, and sprint objectives.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of digital product management experience, preferably in digital health, telehealth, or enterprise SaaS.
• Practical experience with modern product management practices, Agile/Scrum development cycles, and backlog prioritisation.
• Working knowledge of internationalisation, localisation, API integrations, and enterprise SaaS workflows.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Slack, and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with telemetry and reporting tools such as Tableau or Sigma.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex rollouts without direct managerial authority.
