TL;DR
Product Manager - Risk Compliance (research and compliance platform): Shaping product strategy, translating customer workflows into requirements, and coordinating delivery across engineering, design, sales, marketing, implementation, customer success, and support with an accent on customer discovery, backlog prioritization, and evolving mature software products. Focus on analyzing complex customer problems, writing clear product specifications and acceptance criteria, and balancing customer needs, technical considerations, and business priorities.

What you will do
- Understand customer workflows, business needs, challenges, and product requirements through direct engagement.
- Contribute to product strategy, roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and product planning.
- Lead customer discovery sessions, requirements discussions, demonstrations, feedback meetings, and other customer-facing activities.
- Analyze customer requests to identify underlying problems and broader product opportunities.
- Translate customer and business requirements into product documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, specifications, and development requirements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams throughout refinement, sprint planning, testing, release planning, launches, and product improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in product management or a closely related product-focused role.
- Experience with Agile software development and distributed teams.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, sales, marketing, support, and other stakeholders.
- Strong analytical thinking, curiosity, communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with established, mature, or legacy software products and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Figma.
- Working knowledge of APIs, integrations, databases, software development concepts, and interest in applying AI to enterprise software and customer workflows.

- Experience or knowledge in research compliance.
