Senior Solutions Engineer, Mid-Enterprise (AI Security)

Location: Remote in Canada or the United States; travel to customer sites up to 25%.

Compensation: Canada CA$247,100–CA$353,000 OTE plus equity; United States US$170,800–US$244,000 OTE plus equity.

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery with Platform Engineering, DevOps, Security, and AI/ML stakeholders.
• Shape requirements and connect customer outcomes with hirify.global’s AI governance, container security, and software supply chain capabilities.
• Design and execute PoCs and PoVs covering policy enforcement, artifact integrity, SBOM visibility, AI workload governance, and secure build pipelines.
• Develop custom code, scripts, integrations, workshops, demos, and reference architectures for customer environments.
• Provide architectural guidance on agentic AI environments, policy-as-code, identity and access governance, and secure AI development.
• Partner with Account Executives, Product, Engineering, Post Sales, and Support to influence strategic sales and customer outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Solution Architect in complex enterprise sales.
• Experience running competitive PoCs and PoVs with defined success and exit criteria.
• Ability to engage senior technical and business stakeholders and manage customer relationships.
• Understanding of AWS, Azure, GCP, containers, DevOps, and modern application architectures.
• Fluent English required.
• Strong communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global, container ecosystems, or adjacent technologies.
• Experience with agentic AI development, software development lifecycle, or software supply chain security.
• Love of developer tooling.
