Manager, Marketplace - Restaurant Growth Strategy & Operations

Location: New York, NY, United States; hybrid work model with in-person and remote work

Salary: $136,000–$200,000 USD base salary annually, plus potential equity grants.

What you will do

• Act as the General Manager for live Meal Box markets, owning performance, execution, and iteration.
• Manage merchant relationships and meal quality across the program.
• Scale hands-on merchant management into repeatable operational processes.
• Lead a team of project managers.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketplace growth, efficiency, and partner return on investment.
• Launch new products and strategies in collaboration with Sales, Product, Analytics, Finance, and Marketing.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in a problem-solving role such as consulting, technology, banking, or food and beverage.
• Completed BA/BS degree in a quantitative field, including engineering, finance, mathematics, or business.
• Experience building 0→1 initiatives and turning ambiguous ideas into action.
• Strong data analysis experience, including pulling data with SQL or willingness to learn SQL.
• Experience managing stakeholders across diverse audiences, from frontline teams to senior executives.
• Experience managing a team of project managers.
