Sr. Manager, Design Operations - HOKA

Location: Portland, Oregon, United States; hybrid work with office attendance typically required three times per week, Tuesday–Thursday

Salary: $137,500–$185,600 per year in Portland, Oregon

What you will do

• Lead the operational cadence across Footwear Design, including Product, Color, Material, and Digital Concept Design.
• Coordinate seasonal planning, design milestones, key meetings, and Go-To-Market execution.
• Establish operating procedures and improve processes, systems, tools, and resource allocation.
• Identify execution risks, clarify ownership and dependencies, and drive timely resolution.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment and decision-making across Design, Product Management, Development, and related teams.
• Develop reporting frameworks and performance metrics to support data-driven planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Design, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in operations, design operations, product creation, or a related function.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and organizational improvements.
• Experience in a global product creation organization, preferably in footwear, apparel, or consumer products.
• Strong project management, communication, facilitation, influencing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a dynamic environment with high ownership and accountability.
