What you will do

• Support project leads in scoping, planning, and defining delivery objectives with stakeholders.
• Run requirements workshops and translate business needs into functional specifications, project deliverables, and success measures.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans using Confluence and JIRA to track progress, report status, and escalate issues.
• Coordinate agile and waterfall delivery across functional and technical workstreams.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and support implementation activities.
• Manage change, risks, issues, finances, constraints, and stakeholder engagement across concurrent projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering Management, or a related field.
• Three years of experience in project management or a related role.
• Experience coordinating communication with senior leadership regarding initiatives, requirements, and risks.
• Experience preparing project documentation, requirements, updates, and test scripts.
• Experience collaborating with Engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions supporting treasury functions.
• Ability to independently manage more than three concurrent projects or workstreams and deliver them on time and within budget.
