Implementation Consultant I

Location: US Remote

Salary: $59,000–$88,400 for Zone 2 US locations; $63,100–$94,700 for Zone 1 locations, plus annual bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Serve as the process- and workflow-focused customer contact during a five-week implementation program.
• Prepare, update, and manage project management materials.
• Keep customers on track to go live within their agreed schedules.
• Identify and manage risks that could delay implementation or go-live.
• Lead live working sessions, office hours, one-to-one meetings, and group check-in calls.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues involving hirify.global and integrated applications.

Requirements

• At least two years of relevant experience preferred, or knowledge and experience in the home service industry.
• Critical thinking and software troubleshooting experience.
• Strong project management skills, including multitasking and managing multiple moving pieces with attention to detail.
• Strong customer relationship and customer service skills.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States.
