Production Operator II - Belts (12-hr days)

Location: On-site in Pensacola, Florida, United States. The role follows a 2/2/3 rotating schedule from 5:45 a.m. to 6:15 p.m.

What you will do

• Support manufacturing activities and help establish production operations in Pensacola.
• Work with process and production engineers on troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
• Produce filtration media according to standard operating procedures and departmental standards.
• Record production data accurately to maintain product quality and traceability.
• Follow safety policies, including PPE use, lockout-tagout procedures, safe equipment operation, and housekeeping standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Ability to stand or walk continuously, climb stairs and ladders, and perform frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, grasping, and related physical activities.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds independently and heavier weights with assistance; required PPE may include a respirator or air hood.
