Temporary Supervisor

Salary: $17.00–$27.75 per hour

What you will do

• Supervise the sales floor and create a customer-first, high-energy retail environment.
• Drive personal and team sales performance, analyze KPIs, and implement improvement initiatives.
• Build client relationships through proactive outreach, service standards, clienteling, and VIP retention.
• Coach, onboard, train, and develop team members while supporting recruitment and inclusive team culture.
• Manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling, deposits, POS operations, and facility security.
• Oversee inventory integrity, stockroom organization, replenishment, omnichannel selling, livestream shopping, and customer data capture.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a retail service environment in a management or floor leadership role.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, initiative, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Social media literacy and comfort with omnichannel selling tools and clienteling systems.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally, and to maneuver through the sales floor and stockroom.
