Location: United Kingdom; fully remote with flexibility across Europe

What you will do
- Own the product lifecycle from prototype and MVP definition through launch, scaling, and ongoing operation.
- Define product vision, roadmap, backlog, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and iterative releases.
- Design the human-in-the-loop experience and determine where AI can operate autonomously versus requiring human review.
- Establish quality, coverage, efficiency, user-trust, and performance standards for the AI-driven product.
- Build monitoring, alerting, escalation, support, and operating processes for a dependable live service.
- Shape the organizational structure and help recruit and develop engineering and operational capabilities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership or Product Management, ideally in data-driven, platform, marketplace, or similarly complex environments.
- Experience taking an early-stage capability or prototype through development and launch into a customer-used product at meaningful scale.
- Experience owning live products beyond launch, including quality, reliability, monitoring, incident processes, escalation, and continuous improvement.
- Experience creating quality and evaluation frameworks for AI-driven products and working with AI and LLM-driven systems.
- Strong analytical judgment and fluency in metrics, OKRs, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Fluent English is required as the primary working language.

- Experience with compliance, consent, data protection, or sensitive-data requirements.
- Experience across B2C and B2B products or marketplace environments.
- Strong UX instincts and experience partnering with design teams.
- Experience hiring or developing specialist engineering, operations, or support roles.
