Senior Product Owner (AI)

What you will do

• Own an AI-driven product from an existing prototype through MVP, launch, scale, and revenue generation.
• Define the product vision, roadmap, backlog, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and iterative releases.
• Design the human-in-the-loop experience, including autonomous AI behavior and human confirmation points.
• Drive legal, consent, compliance, and sensitive-data decisions with Legal and leadership before launch.
• Establish success metrics covering quality, coverage, efficiency, and user trust.
• Build the live operating model with monitoring, alerting, escalation, support processes, and cross-team coordination.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Ownership or Product Management experience, ideally in data-driven, platform, or marketplace environments.
• Experience taking an early-stage capability from prototype to a live product used by customers at scale.
• Experience defining quality and evaluation loops for AI products and measuring success with data.
• Experience owning live operations, monitoring, quality processes, incident paths, or customer-facing workflows.
• Experience shaping, hiring, or growing a product team and understanding AI/LLM agent behavior and quality, cost, and success trade-offs.
• Fluent English is required as the working language. Strong analytical judgment, structured communication, and the ability to resolve ambiguous legal, compliance, data, and operational risks are also required.

• Experience with compliance, consent, or data-protection complexity.
• Experience across B2C and B2B or marketplace products.
• Strong UX instincts and experience partnering with design.
• Experience hiring or developing specialist engineering, operations, or support roles.
