Maintenance Tech Night Shift

Location: Springdale, Arkansas; onsite night shift

What you will do

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery and mechanical equipment.
• Diagnose equipment issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
• Use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and precision measurement equipment.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, mechanical drawings, schematics, and diagrams.
• Organize maintenance parts, support continuous improvement projects, and collaborate with production teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or related environment preferred.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills and familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
• Ability to safely operate or learn hydraulic and pneumatic equipment and precision measuring tools.
• Ability to read basic mechanical drawings and schematics, work independently and collaboratively, and maintain strong attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license required; ability to perform physical maintenance work, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
