Agile Project Leader / Scrum Master (Medical Device)

Location: Plymouth, Minnesota, United States; minimum 3 days per week onsite

Salary: $128,000–$176,000 annually, with potential discretionary bonuses

What you will do

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies for two Scrum teams, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and coordination with other Agile leaders.
• Coordinate software, testing, and documentation release activities.
• Remove blockers and support smooth execution across cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with engineering leaders, project management, product, business teams, and stakeholders.
• Manage Jira boards, backlogs, sprint tracking, and Agile performance metrics such as velocity and burndown.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience delivering embedded software in a regulated industry, including controls and test development.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Background in technical project or program management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering-related field and at least five years of relevant experience.

Nice to have

• Professional or expert-level certification such as CSP-SM or PSM-III.
• Agile project management degree or certification such as PMI-ACP.
• Experience as an Agile coach in medical device software development.
