Distribution Technician

Location: Lewis Center, Ohio, USA; onsite work with day and night shift options.

Starting hiring rate: $17–18 per hour

What you will do

• Inspect, separate, and package label products according to quality standards and customer instructions.
• Perform final shipment checks and identify printing or lamination defects.
• Use digital tracking systems to log materials and coordinate with couriers.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace while following SOPs and PPE requirements.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail, including close visual accuracy and color differentiation.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Flexibility to support coworkers and changing production priorities.
• Ability to stand throughout the shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Successful completion of a post-offer background check and drug screening is required.
