Supervisor (Retail)

Salary: £33,280–£36,000 per year full-time equivalent base pay

What you will do

• Lead the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Represent hirify.global values, increase brand awareness, and implement company initiatives across store operations.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve store performance and KPIs.
• Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluations, training, feedback, and individual team development.
• Build a collaborative, inclusive, and customer-centric store culture focused on clienteling and long-term customer relationships.
• Support HR matters, conflict resolution, policy compliance, and operational procedures when leadership support is unavailable.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail environment at Lead Supervisor level.
• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch, and to lift, carry, and move at least 25 pounds.
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry products, cartons, props, or fixtures weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Strong leadership, business acumen, customer focus, communication, and team-development skills.
