Account Director (Audio)

Location: Hybrid, London, United Kingdom — flexible working hours with regular work from the London office.

What you will do

• Drive airtime and creative partnership revenue across the OMD and PHD agency accounts.
• Develop new business and retain existing customers across display and creative advertising.
• Increase brand count, improve creative pitch conversion, and strengthen agency engagement.
• Promote audio advertising, Bauer’s brands, and audience proposition to agencies and clients.
• Interrogate partnership briefs and gather agency insight to inform creative solutions.
• Build compelling pitch presentations and custom partnership proposals with the Creative Strategy team.

Requirements

• Strong consultative sales approach.
• Experience working with network media agencies at mid-level, with strong agency contacts.
• Knowledge of and passion for audio, media brands, and selling a portfolio of stations.
• Strong understanding of the wider media marketplace, especially broadcast and digital media.
• Experience creating, pitching, and securing high-value sponsorship and partnership deals.
• Strong understanding of agency trading deals and trading mechanics.
