Commercial Director, Western Europe - Marketing Effectiveness (MMM)

Location: Hybrid role in Oxford, United Kingdom

Salary: £65,400–£121,100 gross per year

What you will do

• Drive revenue growth and adoption of Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and media experiment solutions across Western Europe.
• Identify and develop client opportunities with commercial teams, including RFPs, renewals, proposals, and pitches.
• Advise clients on media evaluation and position marketing effectiveness solutions against business challenges.
• Champion MMM, Matched Panel Testing, and the AI-enabled Cadence system across internal and client audiences.
• Create success stories, thought leadership, presentations, and industry-event content to increase product visibility.
• Build team capability through bootcamps, workshops, training, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Proven sales success securing large MMM or Marketing Effectiveness programs.
• Experience leading high-value pitches, proposals, and RFP responses.
• Background in consulting, analytics, or consumer research focused on MMM and media experiments.
• Deep knowledge of media evaluation and strong business development skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and senior-stakeholder influencing abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. Fluent English required.
