What you will do

• Coordinate day-to-day customs and haulage activities.
• Liaise with customers, carriers, suppliers, customs agents, and internal departments.
• Monitor operational performance and service delivery against key metrics.
• Analyse operational data, identify trends and efficiencies, and produce management reports.
• Maintain accurate records and business system data while supporting customs administration and compliance.
• Investigate operational issues and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in customs, haulage, transport, or logistics is preferred but not essential.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and business management systems.
• Ability to analyse operational data and produce reports.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, planning, and organisational skills.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
