Graduate Supply Chain Specialist

Location: Hybrid role based at the Craigavon, United Kingdom facility

What you will do

• Manage direct supplier packages and demand schedules to support on-time delivery of materials to production facilities.
• Address delivery-schedule discrepancies with suppliers and escalate issues to supplier leadership when required.
• Inform production management about late deliveries and maintain inventory levels aligned with working-capital goals.
• Participate in or lead supply-chain process-improvement projects, including value-stream mapping activities.
• Analyze supply-chain issues, research best practices, and develop effective solutions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly metric reports, presentations, and meeting materials.

Requirements

• HND, associate degree, or BA/BS degree in business with a concentration in supply chain, finance, engineering, or logistics.
• Business and management skills, including project-management knowledge.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Availability to work full time in a hybrid arrangement based in Craigavon.
• Successful completion of background checks.
