What you will do

• Develop and execute social media strategies that grow brand awareness, cultural relevance, engagement, and follower acquisition.
• Create, curate, and publish graphic, image, and video content across social platforms.
• Lead influencer and creator programs from identification through briefing, content development, and execution.
• Track platform performance, metrics, trends, algorithm changes, and format shifts to improve content and campaigns.
• Manage paid social campaigns, including budget allocation and performance optimization.
• Own community management and collaborate with cross-functional marketing and business teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in social media management, marketing, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing social channels, supported by a portfolio with measurable campaign results.
• Hands-on expertise with social platforms, analytics and reporting tools, and content management or scheduling systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, problem-solving, creative, and strategic skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; employment participates in E-Verify.
