Sr. Social Media Manager (AI)

Location: Remote in the United States; New York, NY / Los Angeles

What you will do

• Build and publish a documented social strategy covering channel priorities, content pillars, posting cadence, and voice guidelines.
• Own quarterly social-sourced pipeline targets and reporting in partnership with sales and RevOps.
• Grow brand share of voice through follower growth, reach, impressions, CEO thought leadership, and Reddit presence.
• Manage community health, including engagement rate, response time, sentiment, and performance benchmarks.
• Support newsletters, video series, webinars, and other marketing initiatives through documented social handoffs.
• Make real-time decisions on engagement, escalation, and brand protection across public channels.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in social media or community management, including at least 2 years owning strategy.
• Deep knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, Reddit, YouTube, and TikTok platform behavior.
• Ability to interpret engagement, reach, and conversion data and adjust strategy accordingly.
• Strong brand voice discipline, including in fast-moving and informal channels such as Reddit.
• Hands-on content creation or art direction experience.
• Strategic ownership, sound judgment under ambiguity, high quality standards, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
