What you will do

• Represent Busch Gardens across owned social media channels and manage the social media content calendar.
• Develop, produce, edit, and present photo, video, graphic, and other social media content to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue.
• Manage online communities, monitor the brand, and collaborate with Guest Services and PR/Communications on integrated storytelling.
• Coordinate agencies and internal resources, including large and small content shoots and creative asset development.
• Manage the influencer program to increase reach and generate user-generated content.
• Organize the internal asset library and maintain camera and production equipment inventory.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of social media and content creation experience.
• Experience developing content for a growing social audience and understanding current social media, media, entertainment, and interactive trends.
• Experience with Google Analytics and other measurement tools, including analyzing and presenting social performance.
• Intermediate Photoshop and video-editing software experience, such as iMovie or Final Cut Pro, plus photo and video skills.
• Read, write, and speak English.
• Strong organization, communication, project prioritization, editorial judgment, and cross-department collaboration skills; ability to lift 20 pounds and push or pull up to 50 pounds.
