What you will do

• Promote a Quality First mindset and drive operational excellence across global aircraft programs.
• Lead systemic root cause analyses to eliminate quality issues.
• Use data-driven insights to predict and mitigate risks.
• Support the integration of advanced quality standards throughout the product life cycle.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to strengthen continuous improvement and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Develop toward a Quality Department position through a two-year programme including at least one rotational placement.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Production, Quality, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Recent graduation or initial professional experience in Project Management.
• Good technical understanding of processes and quality management.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills are required.
• Collaborative mindset, self-awareness, and motivation to drive personal development.
• Eligibility for security clearance is required.
