Testing Project Manager (LQA)

hirify.global is hiring for a role in a localization testing department.

What you will do

• Own each phase of the testing project life cycle from RFQ through final delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and prepare RFQ proposals.
• Create test plans and strategies, prepare testing media and hardware, and manage project databases.
• Plan and execute multilingual testing projects within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate multiple internal and client testing teams, evaluate testers, and prepare status reports and post-mortems.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Testing Project Manager in LQA.
• Advanced project management skills, including planning, budgeting, risk analysis, mitigation, resource planning, organization, communication, and reporting.
• Experience managing multiple teams and multilingual projects in a dynamic environment.
• Hardware knowledge, including firmware updates, digital media transfer and launching, debugging, and PC tools.
• Experience with online and mobile testing; familiarity with Jira, Mantis, Test Track Pro, and DevTrack.
• Native or near-native English is required. Microsoft Office and Visio proficiency is expected.
