TL;DR
Project Manager (Live Entertainment Distribution): Designing and coordinating end-to-end distribution plans that launch live experiences through third-party platforms and resellers with an accent on cross-functional execution, partner onboarding, and operational scalability. Focus on managing timelines and dependencies, coordinating technical integrations, tracking launch and revenue KPIs, and resolving risks across commercial, technical, and operations teams.
Location: Madrid, Spain; hybrid and home-office friendly

What you will do
- Design and coordinate end-to-end distribution plans for partners, including experiences, channels, timelines, and outcomes.
- Manage timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across Partner Management, Commercial, Connectivity, and Operations.
- Coordinate launches, catalog onboarding, issue resolution, and technical integrations.
- Own and prioritize the distribution project pipeline based on impact and effort.
- Build repeatable onboarding processes and playbooks to improve scalability.
- Track project KPIs, report to stakeholders, and resolve risks and bottlenecks.
Requirements
- Engineering background required.
- 3–5 years of experience in project or program management, PMO, operations, or partner/account coordination.
- Experience in technology startup environments; marketplace, travel/ticketing, or e-commerce experience is relevant.
- Strong organization, stakeholder management, prioritization, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Excellent English and Spanish communication required.
- Comfort working across commercial, technical, and operational teams and using KPIs to track work.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with distribution partners, trade partners, or marketplace models.
- Experience with Asana, Jira, Monday, or Notion.
- Experience coordinating technical integrations.
- A third language.
