What you will do

• Manage the full life cycle of assigned language and translation projects.
• Coordinate multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Clarify project parameters with sales staff and follow project-specific instructions.
• Build relationships with contract translators and proofreaders worldwide and negotiate with vendors.
• Coordinate with quality personnel to ensure accurate, linguistically correct translations.
• Communicate issues and distribute project information to sales staff in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Customer service and/or project management experience.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail, ability to multitask, prioritize, schedule tasks, and work effectively in a team.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and willingness to learn and take on challenges.
