What you will do

• Lead, develop, and mentor a distributed team of recruiters across North America.
• Own and execute the regional talent acquisition strategy for Supply Chain business growth.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, and leadership roles.
• Drive accountability for hiring outcomes, time-to-fill, offer acceptance, candidate experience, and diversity hiring.
• Advise senior leaders and hiring managers on labor market trends, compensation positioning, and talent availability.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and strengthen the employer brand across supply chain technology and automation sectors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• 7–10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including expertise in the North American market.
• Leadership experience managing recruiting teams in the United States and/or Canada in a hybrid or remote setup.
• Strong track record hiring engineering, software, and industrial or supply chain talent.
• Experience in a global, matrixed organization, preferably a European company.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
