Talent Acquisition Advisor (Semiconductor)

Location: Onsite in the Dresden office five days per week, with work across Dresden and Frankfurt, Germany, and flexibility to travel to Alzenau; 20% travel required.

Salary: €70,400–€96,800 per year

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment and deliver a strong experience for hiring managers and candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders across Germany to understand market needs and optimize recruitment strategies.
• Build talent maps and use advanced sourcing techniques to attract candidates for complex business growth objectives.
• Lead cross-functional university events and early-talent hiring initiatives.
• Prepare and communicate employment offers, including negotiations where applicable.
• Coordinate with HR business partners, staffing agencies, universities, and other external institutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or comparable experience, in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven recruiting experience in a corporate, high-growth, or fast-paced environment.
• Experience coordinating university events or early-talent initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent English is essential; German is highly desirable.
• Strong working knowledge of German employment and labor laws is required.
• Strong relationship-building, organization, project management, and deadline-management skills.

Nice to have

• Recruiting experience in the technology, engineering, or IT industry.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Workday Recruiting, or another applicant tracking system.
