Business Technology Solutions Consultant - Supply Chain and Agentic AI

Location: Hybrid work from hirify.global offices or client sites in New York, Boston, Princeton, Philadelphia, Bethesda, Durham, Atlanta, Chicago, or Evanston, United States. Travel is required for client-facing work.

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of custom technology solutions for supply chain operations.
• Translate complex business needs into architectures, road maps, and implementation plans.
• Build solutions across planning, CMC, manufacturing, inventory, warehousing, distribution, logistics, and merchandising.
• Identify agentic AI use cases for decision support, automation, exception management, and workflow orchestration.
• Guide solution architecture, development, testing, deployment, adoption, and integration with client systems.
• Lead cross-functional teams, manage scope, timelines, risks, budgets, and stakeholder alignment, and facilitate client workshops.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in technology delivery, digital transformation, or custom solution development.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional technology initiatives and working with supply chain or related operations.
• Experience building tailored solutions rather than only implementing packaged software.
• Working knowledge of generative AI, agentic AI, intelligent automation, data integration, APIs, analytics, and modern application architecture.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud; fluent English; strong communication, problem-solving, project leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
