Solutions Consultant - ANZ (SaaS)

What you will do

• Provide strategic product and solution consultancy to Account Executives and Customer Success Managers across assigned ANZ territories.
• Define, architect, demo, and prove the value of hirify.global solutions for prospective and existing enterprise clients.
• Gather requirements, prepare solution proposals, support trials and proofs of concept, and orchestrate RFP responses.
• Identify technical and architectural blockers and align proposed solutions with customer business objectives.
• Collaborate with the Sydney-based sales team and the APAC Solutions team in Singapore.
• Manage Early Access Programs, provide customer feedback to Product and Development, and support upsell and cross-sell use cases.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in SaaS, marketing technology, or pre/post-sales consultancy.
• Deep understanding of the ANZ digital and social media landscape, including retail, banking and finance, or telecommunications.
• 2–3 years of client-facing experience with practitioners and decision-makers.
• Fluent English is essential.
• Ability to coordinate with APAC and global stakeholders across multiple time zones.
• Strong communication, presentation, time management, project management, and preparation skills.
