Relationship Manager Sr_RBC (Small Business Banking)

Salary: $92,114–$156,880 per year, plus eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Acquire new small business and personal banking relationships while managing an intermediate to large-sized portfolio.
• Drive portfolio growth across loans, deposits, and fee income, including cross-selling and client retention.
• Build engagement strategies with RBC USWM Financial Advisors and internal and external partners to generate qualified client introductions.
• Review client needs and financial information to recommend banking products, credit solutions, and relationship strategies.
• Manage complex lending requirements, including term loan agreements and revolving credit lines, while monitoring accounts for credit issues and proper documentation.
• Maintain regulatory, operational, and credit compliance while delivering a consistent client experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of direct sales experience.
• At least 10 years of experience in a financial institution.
• Deep knowledge of personal and business banking products, especially small business offerings.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, including CIP and KYC, as well as financial statement analysis, negotiation, and lending policies.
• Must be in good standing under the SAFE Act and registered or eligible for registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry.
