Product Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Work with Account Executives to plan and deliver Proof of Value projects from initial planning through final review.
• Build expert knowledge of hirify.global products and advise prospects on how the technology addresses their needs.
• Understand customer use cases, review requirements, and needs during live evaluations.
• Act as a trusted product adviser for prospects and support conversion into customers.
• Coordinate with Support and Technical Operations to resolve customer issues.
• Design custom workflows and solutions for live legal cases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific or analytical discipline.
• 2:1 or above in the UK or a GPA of 3.5 or above in the US.
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills.
• Confidence presenting to customers with different levels of technical knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, organization, and time management.
• Ability to work in an innovative, fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
