Functional Expert Champion (RE NXT & AI Innovation)

Starting base pay: $87,700–$114,200 per year

What you will do

• Serve as a subject matter expert and advocate for RE NXT Web View and emerging AI-powered capabilities.
• Engage with customers to increase product adoption, optimize workflows, and drive measurable business outcomes.
• Deliver presentations, webinars, executive briefings, product demonstrations, and thought leadership content.
• Develop playbooks, best-practice guides, case studies, success stories, and other customer-facing resources.
• Analyze product usage and customer feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Data & AI teams to shape adoption strategies, enablement programs, messaging, and roadmap priorities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Product Marketing, Solutions Consulting, Product Management, or a related SaaS role.
• Experience presenting confidently to executive, technical, and end-user audiences.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate product capabilities into customer value and business outcomes.
• Experience working cross-functionally across multiple teams.
• Knowledge of RE NXT or similar enterprise SaaS platforms and customer workflows.

• Nonprofit industry experience.
• Familiarity with AI-powered technologies and solutions.
• Experience driving product adoption, change management, digital transformation, or customer success initiatives.
