IT Business Enablement Director – Finance

What you will do

• Partner with Cytiva Finance leaders, Finance Systems, business analysts, and IT delivery teams to align technology priorities with business objectives.
• Define and maintain Finance IT strategies, application roadmaps, and regional or functional technology plans.
• Identify business outcomes, assign them to value streams, prioritize backlogs, and select appropriate delivery approaches.
• Drive proof of concepts, user requirement specifications, ROI tracking, and post-delivery performance measurement.
• Lead continuous improvement through advanced analytics, automation, digital technologies, and external market trends.
• Maintain the Finance technology landscape, including multiple ERPs, Finance ecosystems, and Data & Analytics platforms, while supporting integration, GxP compliance, risk mitigation, and stakeholder escalations.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience partnering with Finance teams, supporting finance processes, or leading finance technology transformation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a STEM equivalent certification, or equivalent qualification.
• Strong understanding of Finance capabilities and the ability to translate business and data requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders through business acumen, structured communication, and decision support.
• Experience working in a global, matrixed organization with competing priorities and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Resilience, accountability, and the ability to drive progress through ambiguity and complex change.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise Finance technology ecosystems, ERP platforms, and Data & Analytics solutions.
• Experience with M&A and due diligence projects at global, cross-functional scale.
