Senior IT Business Enablement Manager - HR & Learning

Location: On-site in Kraków or Warszawa, Poland

What you will do

• Partner with HR and Learning leaders, corporate IT, business analysts, and delivery teams as the interface between business functions and IT.
• Define and maintain HR and Learning IT strategies, application roadmaps, and technology priorities across operating company, functional, and regional levels.
• Identify business outcomes, assign them to value streams, prioritize backlogs, and establish appropriate delivery approaches.
• Lead proof of concepts and user requirements, track ROI and post-delivery performance, and drive measurable improvements in efficiency, cost, quality, customer satisfaction, and decision-making.
• Advance continuous improvement, innovation, analytics, automation, and digital technologies across HR and Learning.
• Maintain an integrated technology landscape covering time and attendance tools, HR data flows, LMS platforms, and HR technology while ensuring GxP and regulatory compliance and mitigating supply chain risks.

Requirements

• Extensive experience partnering with HR, Learning Management, HR technology transformation, IT business partnering, enterprise applications, or related business-facing technology functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a STEM-equivalent certification, or equivalent qualification.
• Strong understanding of HR and Learning capabilities, with the ability to translate business priorities and data requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders through business acumen, structured communication, credibility, and clear decision support.
• Experience working in a global, matrixed organization with competing priorities, evolving requirements, and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Ability to build trusted partnerships and align HR and Learning priorities with enterprise technology strategy.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cornerstone, Workday Learning, SAP SuccessFactors Learning, or similar enterprise HR and Learning platforms.
• Experience delivering mergers and acquisitions or due diligence projects at global, cross-functional scale.
